Research by the Boston Consulting Group shows that poor mental health in Canadian workplaces results in direct and indirect costs exceeding $200 billion annually. One of the most crucial factors influencing employees' experience is their daily interactions with colleagues.

Our Certificate in Becoming a Psychologically Safe & Inclusive Employee (CPSIE) aims to guide employees in becoming psychologically safe and inclusive contributors, helping to establish a secure and supportive workplace that minimizes unnecessary peer-to-peer conflicts, oppression, and microaggressions, which lower employee morale.

This certificate program consists of three online self-paced courses, including Psychologically Safe Workplaces (IWH 1000), Becoming a Psychologically Safe Leader (IWH 1001) and Behaving as a Psychologically Safe & Inclusive Team Member (IWH 1006).
