This course is the online version of BIOL 1782. It is an introduction to the various systems that comprise the human body. Emphasis will be on the integration of these systems for the maintenance of homeostasis.
Recorded lectures and tutorials provide the classroom experience but with complete flexibility in schedule and the added benefit of being able to watch them repeatedly. Simulated labs include simulated clinical assessments and clinical cases that help students integrate and apply the information learned in the lecture. Course software provides multiple ways to study, whether through the E-book, recorded lectures or practice questions.
Note: Credit will not be given for both this course and BIOL 1782.

Prerequisite*: BIOL 1711 or 1719
*This prerequisite is waived for students who are intending to enrol in the UNB Nursing Advanced Standing Program.
Students have six months from the registration date to complete the course. All course exams and/or assignments must be completed by the designated end date.
