This course is entirely online and covers the basics employees need to know regarding cannabis and the workplace. Employers can use this course as an Occupational Health and Safety compliance step. This program is:

Cannabis: A Manager's Perspective

This course provides managers with an integrated model for how to effectively support and manage employees in the workplace who may be impaired due to cannabis or other drugs.

The Manage's Perspective has all the modules of the Employee's Perspective plus one additional module called, Managing Impairment in the Workplace.
