UNB Associated Alumni's "Update to Win" contest runs from March 19 to April 15, 2025.
It is accessible on the UNB website, and promoted through posts on X, LinkedIn and Meta social media platforms, none of which are involved in any way.
To participate, an entrant must be a UNB alum as recognized and defined by UNB Associated Alumni and submit a contact update request through the UNB website while the contest is open. UNB employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives, and immediate family members of each of the above are not eligible to win. Only one entry per person will be considered eligible.
The total contest prize value is based on the number of successfully received entries, valued at $2 per entry up to a maximum of $1,000 CAD. The total prize value will be determined by UNB Associated Alumni once the contest closes.
The winning entry will be drawn between April 16 and 17, 2025. The winning entrant will be notified between April 17 and 25, 2025 and will have 14 calendar days to respond. If the winner fails to respond within this time, they will be disqualified, deemed ineligible to receive the prize, and UNB Associated Alumni may select a new winner at their sole discretion.
UNB Associated Alumni is not responsible for the failure for any reason of the winner to receive notification or of UNB Associated Alumni to receive the winner's response.
UNB Associated Alumni reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw, or amend the contest or rules in any way, without prior notice or obligations, in the event of an error, technical problem, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond the control of UNB that interferes with the conduct of the contest.
