Topics include: review of basic statistics, the nature of econometric models and economic data, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and applications. Emphasis is on intuition and applications. Prerequisites: Any first year economics course and 6 ch Introductory Statistics (e.g. ECON 3601/ADM 2623 and ECON 3628/ADM 3628). |
