Conditions

Awarded to a student who has completed at least the normal requirements for the first year of the program in which the student is registered at the University. Eligible candidates must be residents from any point in Ontario east of a Deep River-Gananoque line, and areas of Quebec bordering the Ottawa River from Davidson to Grenville. Consideration will be given to participation in extracurricular activities.
