David Macneil Prize

Conditions

A $500 prize to be awarded annually to the Fredericton campus Software Engineering student (individual or group) who completed the capstone design project and provided outstanding contributions, going above and beyond the project requirements. The prize will be awarded on the recommendation of the Software Engineering professors who coordinate, advise, and adjudicate the capstone project. The prize has been funded by friends of the late Professor David Macneil, who provided visionary leadership to UNB’s Computing Centre (ITS) for 20 years.
