Awarded to a Fredericton campus student who has completed at least the minimum requirement for the second year of the Bachelor of Arts degree program and is intending to major or honour in Political Science.  Selection will be based on academic achievement.  Preference will be given to International Development Studies students studying the political economy of the majority world.
