The objectives and values of the various parties involved in collective bargaining in the private and the public sectors are identified. Consideration is given to how these are modified in the bargaining process. The role of industrial conflict and dispute settlement procedures are examined. Prerequisites: BA 2858, and successful completion of 60 ch or admission to the Certificate in Human Resource Management. |
