Civil Engineering

The course focuses on the financial aspects of construction including methods and techniques for: estimating costs of construction; project financing and managing risks; and monitoring and controlling costs. The course will also introduce current issues within the industry, primarily from the financial perspective (e.g., infrastructure management, sustainable construction, quality management, technology adoption). Restricted to students with at least 100 ch successfully completed.
