A seminar course focusing on the execution of principles and methods in program evaluations. An intermediate course emphasizing the qualitative and quantitative skills necessary to plan program evaluation. Students will build a complete evaluation plan for a

community stakeholder. There will be a focus on evaluation planning and project feasibility, with an emphasis on common issues, limitations, and mistakes made by evaluators.
