A seminar course focusing on Psychometric Theory and principles of psychological testing. Using the examples of tests for general intelligence, differential abilities and personality traits, relevant statistical concepts, methods and historical experience will be reviewed. Graduate students will be exposed to enhanced applications of the material and will be expected to demonstrate an advanced understanding and application of theoretical psychometric principles necessary for the development and execution of psychological testing.
