Review the fundamentals of creating programs. The emphasis is on the underlying structure and assumptions of computer programming to give you tools to apply computer programming to various engineering technical concentrations. Covers use of functions, decisions, loops, arrays and other data types focusing on scientific and engineering problem analysis, algorithm design, and procedural program structure. By the end of the class, you will have a working knowledge of how to assess an engineering problem, plan out a solution using computer programming, and implement and debug the solution.
