This course deals with the strategic management of high technology businesses and other organizations in which innovation and the development and commercialization of intangible assets is of profound importance. This course is not about how to manage product, or process development. Rather, this course is more strategic in focus and is geared towards the issues faced by senior managers and entrepreneurs.
