| This course provides an in-depth examination of theory, research and practice related to career development and guidance in school settings. The focus will be on understanding vocational psychology processes and applying career guidance interventions with elementary and secondary students who have diverse characteristics and needs. Emphasis will be placed on learning to apply career counselling and guidance practices and resources that are relevant to New Brunswick school system. |
