    The process shall follow UNB's General Principles for Search Committees (approved by Senate February 11, 1986). A review of the incumbent and/or preparation of position profile shall be carried out in accordance with the UNB Review and Search Process Steps for Academic Administrative Positions. This includes providing an opportunity for constituent groups to give feedback on the incumbent and/or the candidates. Similarly, the Search Committee should seek advice and feedback on the qualities needed for a new Executive Director in preparing a position profile.
