Laptop Support

ITS offers a Laptop Support Program for Students on issues such as Printing, Wireless Connectivity and Internet Security. This service officially supports both Windows and Mac laptops. This is on a best-effort basis and we ask that students sign a waiver before beginning any service to the laptop. Students must be present during support and where we are unable to help, a student is asked to consult an outside laptop repair service.
