UNB's CubeSat VIOLET will take a ride to space with SpaceX

The University of New Brunswick's CubeSat VIOLET was launched to the International Space Station on March 21, 2024, board a SpaceX Dragon cargo spacecraft to study the sunspot cycle and its effects on Earth's upper atmosphere, with data collection starting after deployment in early May.
