Summer term registration opens March 1. The deadline to apply to become a UNB student is March 31, but applications are accepted throughout the year depending on space.

Summer term tuition is charged on a per-course basis and is payable through the Office of the Registrar.
The refund policy for Summer Term, May to August courses, sessions A through F is based on prorated fees from the first day of class up to sixth class. No refund will be issued after the sixth class.
Deciding to stop attending lectures or telling the instructor does not constitute official withdrawal. You must contact the Registrar's Office to officially withdraw from a course or program.
If you are registered as a part-time student in degree, certificate, or diploma programs at the UNB Fredericton Campus, you're eligible to apply for scholarships and bursaries.
A student enrolled in the Fredericton summer term is subject to all regulations as outlined in the calendar of academic dates.

If a course is available, you should also confirm with your academic advisor at your home institution to determine if the UNB course will be credited towards your program.
Registrations for in-person and term based courses occur through Colleague Self-Service Online Registration using your UNB login credentials.
Courses identified as Open Access Learning (also known as Open Entry online) have a different registration process - please register for all Open Entry courses.

A $100 technology fee is applied to Term Based online courses and $150 to Open Entry online courses. For a list of the different types of fees that appear in UNB's tuition and fee schedules, please refer to these fee descriptions.

Yes. Summer term credit courses offered through the College of Extended Learning are UNB courses. These courses are taught by UNB faculty/instructors, but are administered by CEL for the summer term.
